The Bottom Of Life, Go Ahead Safely
A person's future is like the ups and downs of waves on the sea, with low tides and high tides from time to time. When confronted with difficulties, many people either do fortune-telling, ask for fate and change their luck, or pray to the earth and grandmother to resolve them, hoping that the future will be prosperous, but they are often flustered and unsuccessful.
In fact, the trough of life is not as terrible as we think. As long as we muster up the courage, adjust our mood and face it with strength, we can even use adversity to create a brand new self.
Behind the achievements of the great virtues and sages in ancient times, all came from an insistence on ideals. Clenching the roots of your teeth can stimulate your potential, increase your strength, and move forward courageously.
The trough will never disappear, it will only continue to appear. No matter where you are in your life, you may face new difficulties.
Any success is not for no reason. Those who are good at operating at low places can often reach the high places of life in the end.
At the bottom of our lives, we tend to feel very anxious, and there will be many complaints. When we complain, we don't wait for me and complain about God's will.
In fact, if you calm down and think about it, you will find that complaining is of no use, but it will make yourself more and more negative. It is better to calm down, do the current things well, sum up the experience, and start again.
I have heard such a story:
A young monk in a monastery felt that the courtyard was too monotonous, so he bought a lot of grass seeds and scattered them in the courtyard, hoping that next spring, there would be a lot of greenery in the courtyard.
Who knows that the wind started to blow on the way, blowing away a lot of grass seeds, and the little monk felt extremely disappointed.
Seeing his appearance, the master said dismissively: "Most of the blown away is empty, and it will not sprout if it is sown. What's your heart?
After the grass seeds were sown, there was heavy rain in the night, and the little monk could not fall asleep. He secretly worried that the grass seeds would be washed away.
The next morning, he ran out of the monastery early, and the grass seeds on the ground were gone. So he immediately ran into Master's Zen room and said, "Master, a heavy rain last night washed away all the grass seeds on the ground, what should I do?"
The master still said calmly: "Don't worry, the grass seeds will sprout wherever they are washed. Let it happen!"
Soon, many green grass seedlings really broke out of the soil, and many green seedlings grew in some corners that had not been scattered.
The little monk happily said to Master: "Master, great, the grass I planted has grown!"
The master smiled and said, "Rejoice!"
In fact, the problems encountered by the little monk sowing grass seeds are just like the dilemmas we encounter in life. We think about everything and thousands of entanglements, but it is better to do the current things and let the flow be; when you are calm and calm, the willows will be bright Will meet unexpectedly soon.
Everyone will meet the trough of life; when we face the trough of life, we must believe that every time we fall, we do not fall in vain. Every time we fall, you can see the upward power from the trough of life.
People can reflect, and every time they reflect will make you stronger, every bad thing you experience may affect your way forward.
Always believe that after the storm, the most beautiful rainbow will be waiting for you.
