 A young man went to ask Zen master how to be a man.

Zen master said, "if you look at me and yourself, you will know how to be a man."

The young man asked, "what do I think of you?"

The Zen master said, "how many heads do I have?"

The young man said, "master, of course you have only one head."

Zen master asked again, "what is the main purpose of the brain?"

The young man said, "the brain is mainly for thinking."

Therefore, the Zen master said: "everyone has only one head. People use their brains to think about everything in the world. The head dominates people's life. Therefore, we must think twice before we act. Only when we are careful in words and deeds can we grasp life."

The ancients said: "a move is better than a quiet." So the ancients mean that we should be content with the status quo and not innovate? Of course not. It's not to let us not move. It's to move cautiously. It's just the so-called "think twice before you act.".

Any thing that moves will be good and bad. In this case, at the beginning of the behavior, we should consider all aspects, make comprehensive arrangements and plans, and implement them in a planned way. We should not act blindly. If you act blindly, it's better not to move.

A mountain never calls out its towering, a lake never says its vastness, a tree grows up silently, and one leaf of grass never compares with the other leaf of grass, which has never been benefited by wind and rain.

If you don't show off, it's a huge silence.

Start with yourself, then go back to yourself. This is a person's Carnival and joy.

What and nothing, more and less, do not have to say to whom, it is not worth saying to whom. Quiet is to hold everything and put it down.

Everything, quiet will appear heavy and reliable. On the contrary, it is easy to be frivolous and superficial.

Some people live in this world just to create a little movement and influence, so as to win the envy and admiration of others and satisfy their vanity. It's not easy for such people to calm down.
